Christmas Ball 2016

The December 2016 Working World Christmas Ball was held at The Northwick Hotel, Evesham.

103 clients, family, staff, friends and supporters attended the event.

The food was delicious and the dance floor was full throughout the entire evening. Everyone had a lovely time.

It was quite a nostalgic evening as  we held the first Working World Christmas event there in December 2008 when 12 people in total attended.

WYCHAVON COMMUNITY RECOGNITION AWARDS

The awards took place on Tuesday 15th March 2016

After nominating Jean Deakins for Enabling Healthy Lives Award, I was delighted when she informed me that she has reached the final three and she invited me to attend the presentation evening.

I nominated Jean not only for the amazing continuous support she gives to Working World but to her commitment and support to hundreds of children around The Vale whom she has taught to swim, coached and encouraged vast numbers to have and maintain a healthy life style.

The evening was extremely well organised and I felt extremely privileged to be a part of it. The icing on the cake was that Jean WON! A very well deserved victory. Well done Jean.
