Meet our staff

All our staff are experienced and well qualified, having worked with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities for many years.

Helen Hurdman leads an experienced team of nine staff, supported a trained bank of volunteers. Every member of staff has been involved with teaching young adults with learning difficulties/ disabilities.  Everyone has a first aid certificate.

Meet Sara

Name: Sara Fairbrother
Position: Support Worker / Training Assistant

Sara has worked at Working World since October 2021. She has worked in Social Care for many years and has a varied portfolio of qualifications. She also works as a Support Worker supporting 2 young men with learning disabilities in their own home.
Sara is described by her colleagues as caring, a good listener, fun and empathetic.
Sara lives with her family in Evesham and really enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Murphy. She also enjoys socialising with friends, walking and watching TV drama’s.

Responsibilities: Sara is responsible, alongside other staff, for Client safety and welfare, promoting independent living skills, Client support and First Aid.
