Meet our staff

All our staff are experienced and well qualified, having worked with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities for many years.

Helen Hurdman leads an experienced team of nine staff, supported a trained bank of volunteers. Every member of staff has been involved with teaching young adults with learning difficulties/ disabilities.  Everyone has a first aid certificate.

Meet Vicki

Name: Vicki Teague
Position: Support Worker/ Training Assistant

Vicki has worked at Working World since November 2021. She has previously worked in Social Care for many years and has a varied portfolio of qualifications. Vicki also works at Evesham minor injuries department as a Health Care Assistant.
Vicki lives in Evesham with her family and she is a busy Mum of 2 girls. She enjoys family activities, walking, baking and socialising with friends.

Responsibilities: Vicki is responsible, alongside other staff, for Client safety and welfare, promoting independent living skills, Client support and First Aid. She is also responsible for producing correct labelling ingredients for Candy Love Sweets.
