Meet our staff

All our staff are experienced and well qualified, having worked with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities for many years.

Helen Hurdman leads an experienced team of nine staff, supported a trained bank of volunteers. Every member of staff has been involved with teaching young adults with learning difficulties/ disabilities.  Everyone has a first aid certificate.

Meet Kelly

Biog picture kelly Name: Kelly Golder
Position: Support Worker / Training Assistant Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Kelly has worked at Working World since September 2009. She has many years of valuable experience supporting people with learning disabilities. Kelly is described by her colleagues as warm, fun, affectionate and thoughtful. She lives with her family in Evesham. Kelly’s extended family are an important part of Working World and help regularly with events. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with her friends, walking, cooking and she is an instructor for a local Vibe Cycle exercise class.

Responsibilities: Kelly is the Deputy Safeguarding person at Working World. In addition to this, alongside other staff, her responsibilities include Client safety and welfare, promoting independent living skills, catering planning, First Aid and Client drama productions.
