Meet our staff

All our staff are experienced and well qualified, having worked with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities for many years.

Helen Hurdman leads an experienced team of nine staff, supported a trained bank of volunteers. Every member of staff has been involved with teaching young adults with learning difficulties/ disabilities.  Everyone has a first aid certificate.

“The staff at Working World all are lovely. They are all really helpful; I have no worries about the staff there. Whenever I go to a function or for another reason they are all very pleasant.”

Meet Jean

16031501 080Hi my name is Jean.

I have been teaching and coaching swimming in Evesham for over 40 years working at all levels of the sport.

I became involved with swimmers with learning disabilities over 20 years ago working with a group from Evesham College.

When Helen formed Working World she invited me to continue to support the group. I have watched her project flourish and grow into the big success it is today.

It is a privilege to work with these special people and I look forward very much to our weekly sessions.

"Working World is like a family to me."
